Bar Staff & Food and Beverage Attendants Nobu Nobu currently has 22 restaurants in 18 different cities around the world. Owned by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Nero, Meir Teper and Richie Notar a one of a kind new style Japanese restaurant. Known as a celebrity hot spot Nobu caters for events, intimate gatherings or anything in between.
Nobu is on the look out for talented and enthusiastic staff. You will have strong bar or restaurant experience, you will have refined customer service skills and thrive in a fast paced modern restaurant. You will have strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with all guests. It is vital that you understand the importance of great customer service and are capable of providing nothing less than the best to our guests. Both full time and part time positions are available in bar and restaurant.
What you need: - Proven experience within a premium dining experience
- Commitment and passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with guests at all levels
- Exceptional grooming standards to meet 5 star expectations
- Willingness and ability to work around a 24 hour, 7 day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to work as a part of a team environment
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
