Instantly recognised market leader located on the outskirts of Regents Park is in urgent need of an experienced, committed and technically minded Customer Service Representative to join a team due to internal movement.

Reporting into the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for actioning inbound calls from customers in relation to technical queries, warranties, service and parts, update the database with customer details, process warranty claims, liaise with internal departments to determine stock availability, reporting and other adhoc tasks as needed.

To be considered for this opportunity you MUST display a solid and stable background within a similar Customer Service role, be technically minded, have exposure to warranties, be able to communicate effectively with various external and internal stakeholders and have the ability to pick up products quickly. Knowledge of the SAP system is preferred.
