This is a unique requirement for an experienced inbound/outbound Team Leader to make an impact. In this role, you will be leading a team of 6-8 sales/customer service consultants across multiple sites. Primary responsibilities include managing the team's daily performance, with a strong focus on customer retention and sales, whilst driving a continuous improvement culture. Prior experience in a service based leadership role is essential, as is your ability to lead and implement change in an evolving, challenging and innovative environment. You will know how to provide strategic direction that is market appropriate, whilst motivating and bringing out the best in your team, enabling them to meet and exceed targets.
