We are seeking two positive and enthusiastic customer service savvy candidates looking for a career that offers a great team environment within a great reputable company. As the Customer Service Representative you will primarily be responsible for:
- Customer Service
- Answering Phones
- Taking orders and enquiries
- Building Customer Relations
- Packing orders
- Stock inventory
- Unpacking stock
- Housekeeping and any ad hoc duties as required
To apply for this position you will demonstrate a strong ambition to further develop your customer service/sales skills, show a great passion for the retail industry and have well developed communication skills. You will have the right attitude, positive energy and drive and a strong ability to multi-task. Prior customer service experience is essential. These are full time positions Monday to Friday and every second Saturday. You must have a drivers licence in order to apply for this position.
