Join one of Australias leading Financial Services companies and customer driven organisations as part of their customer resolutions team.
Responsibilities include:
To case manage complex customer feedback and complaints* received from: customers, Corporate Office (Chairman, MD and CEO), the Financial Services Ombudsman and Consumer Affairs Regulators; To act as a point of referral / expertise for bank staff in the provision of fair and balanced decision making on matters of dispute resolution; To identify systemic issues impacting on customer service and to escalate those issues to Compliance Australia to effect remedial action
Experience required:
A sound working knowledge of the finance industry, including compliance with respect to legislative and regulatory obligations; Excellent negotiation skills Excellent influencing skills Excellent written communication skills; A minimum 10 years banking experience; Excellent people skills especially in difficult / confrontational circumstances Excellent time management skills
