We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Consultant for this for well known not profit organisation. The role will aim to generate sales around the organisations products and services, including training and first aid kits, through telephone and email contact with selected customers.
Day to day your role will involve taking inbound calls regarding enquiries, pricing, training dates, availability on products, basic data entry, up selling and cross selling and closing the sale in both inbound and outbound calls. The role will also involve 40% outbound calling to existing or previous customers, to ensure maximum sales through excellent customer service. Your customers will be a mix of the general public along with SME businesses, and your customer contact will include following up direct marketing campaigns, as well as accreditation, expiration and updating of customer skills.
The ideal candidate will be results-focused, highly motivated, with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers. An engaging, friendly communication approach is essential, as the ability to work effectively in a close team. The successful applicant will be PC literate, attentive to detail and organised.
Previous Inbound or Outbound Sales experience is essential, however full training and support will be provided. You will be rewarded with a competitive remuneration package including PBI salary packaging.
