We are seeking candidates to start ASAP, who want to work for a leading company in their busy customer service / technical support call centre. You will help to resolve issues with brown and white goods. No two days will be the same!
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries
- Escalating 2nd level issues
- Demonstrating initiative to resolve the enquiry or find the correct information for the customers
- Logging calls into the system - 40 wpm typing speed required
Essential experience:
- Must live on the North Shore or within 20 km driving distance of Frenchs Forest
- White and/or brown goods knowledge (i.e audio visual, kitchen appliances, white goods, air conditioners, etc)
- Retail or call centre experience
- Customer service experience
- Problem solving skills
- Interest in technology
