As a Customer Care Consultant, you are responsible for the delivery of quality customer service to the organisations customers nationally. You will interact with customers about a variety of products and services, ensuring every interaction is a positive experience.
Located in Mount Waverley, the Customer Care Centre is operational from 7.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday. A two week comprehensive induction and training program will be offered to successful candidates upon commencement.
Your positive attitude, flexibility and proactive approach together with your outstanding communication and customer service skills will see you succeed in this role and kick start your career!
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role will be highly regarded.
Please note: These positions are to start Monday 11th October, 2010, and you must be available for assessment on Thursday 16th September, 2010.
