Our client is seeking a candidate care consultant with experience within a customer service or call centre environment. In this role there is a requirement to work on a scheduled 7 day rotating roster.
You will be responsible for providing and processing information in response to enquiries, concerns and requests in regards to products and services.
To succeed in this role you will have the following attributes and skills:
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Attention to detail Adaptability Professional verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated customer service experience Problem solving ability Qualification in Customer contact or service will be highly regarded but not essential
