My client, a leading Sydney based Digital media agency, requires a Digital Media Account Manager to join their expanding operations.

**Someone with a deep understanding or experience working in affiliate or referral marketing will have a great advantage**

The successful candidate will report to the Account Director and have the following key capabilities;
 
- Ability to build and maintain excellent client and agency relationships
- Identify opportunities for cross sell of other agency products
- Ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Full financial management of accounts, including forecasting, invoicing and tracking
- Team Leadership and experience with managing a small team preferred

The ideal applicant will have at least 3 years experience in digital including CPA, lead generation and a solid understanding of ROI. Experience in Affiliate marketing and an understanding of Search Engine Marketing is essential.  Excellent communication and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to multi-task along with proficient time management will see success in this role.
