Administration / Traffic Coordinator - Corporate Design Studio

Blue chip organisation located in North Sydney seeks a motivated and professional Administration / Traffic Coordinator to provide support to the Design Studio Manager and its established team of designers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Entering jobs through their Filemaker Pro booking system
  • Supporting the design team with general administration duties
  • Assisting with alterations to previously prepared artwork (Adobe InDesign files)
  • Liaising directly with adjacent departments such as marketing
  • Offer advice and/or suggestions to improve the overall outcome of a project.
Essential requirements include:
  • The ability to interpret often vague design briefs
  • Excellent organisational skills and a team-focussed attitude
  • Impeccable communication skills - written and oral
  • Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
  • The ability to multi task and be support-focussed
  • Good attention to detail.
This opportunity is initially for 4 weeks with the possibility of the position becoming permanent.
