Blue chip organisation located in North Sydney seeks a motivated and professional Administration / Traffic Coordinator to provide support to the Design Studio Manager and its established team of designers. Your responsibilities will include: - Entering jobs through their Filemaker Pro booking system
- Supporting the design team with general administration duties
- Assisting with alterations to previously prepared artwork (Adobe InDesign files)
- Liaising directly with adjacent departments such as marketing
- Offer advice and/or suggestions to improve the overall outcome of a project.
Essential requirements include: - The ability to interpret often vague design briefs
- Excellent organisational skills and a team-focussed attitude
- Impeccable communication skills - written and oral
- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign
- The ability to multi task and be support-focussed
- Good attention to detail.
