JOBNow is a marketplace for jobs needing to be filled quickly. It is the fast lane of jobs. JOBNow is the place where advertisers looking to fill jobs quickly and candidates looking to be in a role quickly can connect.
JOBNow enables advertisers to bypass the standard 30 day posting of ads. JOBNow jobs are listed to the site differently. They have a lifespan on the site of 7 days and are charged to advertisers at a lower rate to the standard job.
All other functionality of the site remains the same but JOBNow allows a much shorter timeframe and a quicker process for candidates and advertisers to find each other.
The application process is normally conducted by telephone or email to speed up the process. It is not something you would use if you were planning a multi-stage interview process.
JOBNow normally applies for everyday high turnover jobs.
Finding jobs using JOBNow
To find a job using JOBNow simply enter jobnow in the main search box and all relevant results will be returned.
From there, you can slice and dice by any of the following:
- Profession
- Role
- Industry
- Salary
- Postcode
- Sector
- Advertiser
You can also find JOBNow jobs by selecting the 'JOBNow' button whenever you are in the 'full search' screen.
